I have my new username and password, what now?

Once issued with your username and password you will be able to log into our members area by clicking on the members link in the navigation bar. When you log in for the first time you will be given the opportunity to change your password, and provide a reminder question in case you forget this password. You will also be asked to provide your preferred contact method (e.g. Email, SMS, Fax) and accept the terms and conditions of using our website.

On submission of this information you will be redirected to the main menu page of the members area where you can begin to view all your equipment online. You will notice a new navigation bar on the left hand side of the page which gives you access to all the Antech online facilities. See step-by-step image guide for viewing equipment status's online

If you have been registered as a member and issued with a username and password you can log into our members area where you will find many online facilities in the navigation bar on the left hand side of the page. One of these facilities is the 'Equipment Status' page, which can be found under the 'Equipment Resources' heading.

This allows you to see all your equipment currently being worked on at Antech. There are four views available within the 'Equipment Status' page, 'My Items', 'My Location', 'My Subdivision' and 'My Company'. On loading the page will automatically default to 'My Subdivision', if you would like to change this view to 'My Items' simply click the link at the top of the page and the results will be reloaded. Access to 'My Subdivision' and 'My Company' may be restricted depending on the access rights you have been granted. If you wish to have your access level reviewed, please contact us.

Each piece of equipment is assigned a current status within our calibration process, this status is shown in the last column of the result table. To view the previous status's of this instrument simply click on the downward pointing arrow at the end of the row and a new table will load showing the results. To hide this table again you can click on the now upward pointing arrow.

If you experience any problems once you are logged in, please consult the 'User Guide' in the navigation menu. Alternatively, if you still cannot find the status information that you are looking for, please contact us.

How can I request the collection of my equipment for calibration or repair?
See step-by-step image guide for requesting a collection online

If you have been registered as a member and issued with a username and password you can log into our members area where you will find many online facilities in the navigation bar on the left hand side of the page. One of these facilities is the 'Request a Collection' page, which can be found under the 'Registered Users' heading.

This page gives you a quick and simple method to request that Antech collect your equipment from a specified location and on a specific date. There are three steps in the online collection request process, the first step is to choose a collection address from your saved addresses, the second step is to choose your collection date, either from the drop down menu which provides dates we will be collecting from your location or you can specify your own date if preferred. The final step allows you to choose the instruments that you would like collected and add them to your collection request basket. There are two tab options on the page, 'Known Instrument' lets you search our database for instruments which we know you own by either manufacturer, serial number or plant number and add them to your quotation request basket. 'Any Instrument Type' lets you search our entire database of instruments by manufacturer and add a generic instrument and quantity to your quotation request basket. Once you have added all required instruments, then simply supply any further information you require, submit the form and a member of our customer services team will get back to you.

National Grid Users also have the option of filling out a test equipment collection request form which can be found on the downloads page of the members area. Once you have logged in you will see the downloads link in the navigation bar under the heading 'User Resources'. On the downloads page you will find the collection request form file saved as a Word document for you to use whenever you like. Click on this document and it will open in your browser giving you the option of completing it there and then after which you can print it out or you can print it out and then complete by hand. Once the form has been completed in full you can fax it to Antech and we will deal with your request promptly. Please note that all information must be filled in to allow us to complete your request quickly and efficiently. Please make sure that a full contact name is provided, not just the initials, and if this contact is likely to be on holiday, please supply an alternative contact. If you receive no contact within 24 hours then please call us to check that the request has been received.
